  • Unbelievable. Called and set up an appointment for an exhaust on/off button that was jammed in the housing. Microwave worked fine and the exhaust worked when the microwave was in use but we could not control it manually. Service man came to repair it and shorted out the motherboard--A $900 repair. They would not fix it at their cost. DO NOT USE THEM! Now I have t replace what was a completely good microwave.
