Got the pork filled arepa. It is a gluten free arepa, so needless to say i was very excited. I got the chopped pork, I really wanted to like it. But it was too salty, I put some of the salsas on it, it helped some, but in the end I couldn't finish it. I needed a keg of beer to wash down the salt.
Overall I thought maybe it needed onions or shredded lettuce or something. It was just too much salt and the chunks of pork where overwhelming.
I'll come back and try the chicken or the beef.
