  • AVOID! Pushy, unprofessional team. If you want to do business with ethical people, go elsewhere. They had every detail on the paperwork wrong and were insisting on signatures. They said a previous signature (20 minutes earlier before we realized their paper mistakes) was binding and they would send us to collections if we didn't want to pay. Keep in mind the car hadn't been taken off of the lot! Not sure how a business gets away with treating someone like they did (full on verbal dispute) and can act like they give a sht about having a loyal customer. I actually feel sorry for the employees because even though they had no clue as to the mistakes their team members were making, they made sure to stare and shoot us dirty looks. How is that professional? I have purchased my last vehicle from them and so have the men and women servicemen in our family.
