Incredibly disappointing is how I would sum up my experience. Having eaten at the Wicked Spoon, I was expecting comparable quality and variety of food, but I was very much let down.
For lunch, the offerings were dull and nothing was especially tasty. It was generally very average, which is not what I pay $30 for. Run of the mill pastas that looked like they had been sitting out for too long (true of a lot of the food actually), lots of bread as filler, uninspired desserts with lame ice cream flavors (and no gelato). Carving station was decent and fresh, and the cured meats were high quality. That's about it.
We were so disappointed that we went to the Wicked Spoon a few days later to get our buffet fix, which only amplified how inferior the Wynn was in comparison.
Save your money and go elsewhere.
