I only come here if I need one of two things. WiFi or the genius bar.Usually I need both if something is wrong with one of my devices. I normally make an online reservation and then still have to wait to be seen by a technician.
In most cases they are able to resolve the problem. The store and this is true of any Apple store is generally packed with people so unless you are looking to buy something I normally don't visit it.
Their latest gadget is the Apple watch which I find is a total waste of money since it must be linked to your I Phone and is just as confusing to use as anything else. It can come with a hefty price tag depending upon the band and face that you decide on but since I normally like to switch off on watches this watch doesn't interest me.
If I were more tech savvy I wouldn't visit this store and switch to an Android. But for now they do help me if I have a problem with my phone or IPAD but it is a pain having to wait once you've made a reservation. Also if they restore factory settings then it is a pain to wait to get everything recovered.
