rev:text	Run away ! The place that is intended to bring smiles to children's faces is instead an active haven of frowns, not only to the parents of the children who unwittingly subject their children to frowns from the time you walk in until the time you leave with an infection of the frowns being spread by the staff there. There is one shinning light there are the young men there left to haul and hump merchandise to your car and I am now convinced they have been banished to the dungeon to toil away and not be seen as a punishment for having a pleasant personality and a forbidden smile that is in clear violation of the stores policy. I have no pity for them as they were in clear violation of the store's "Zero Tolerance" policy of smiling and attempting to aid the enemy "The Army of Customers" being lead by the radical group called "Parents and Grandparent" by being helpful and pleasant. You got what deserved you scourge of the ToyRUs society. The Alt-Unhelpful have to be dealt with and thank heavens Toys R Us Robinson is keeping the retail community safe by ridding us of the helpful under their charge. The store is a mess, aesthetically and organizationally, if only the inventory mirrored the ample number of toys advertised to be in the store matched the number of overflowing negative attitudes in the store, the store would be much better off. There is no desire to assist when searching for a product but an overwhelming desire to find a way to deny the return of a product to the store and put up road blocks for a product that was unopened, purchased less than 12 hours before the return and accompanied with a receipt. The return was eventually completed, but in this episode of poor customer service by the store that leads all the way up to the corporate offices was horrific this was only a commercial in the drama series "Toys R Us" regrettably not as emotionally soothing as an episode of "This Is Us" - "Toys R Us" is not a must see show. There are no tear jerking moments of happiness, instead happiness has been replaced with inadequate training, cast of full mean, contrite, rude and detached stars who only show up for the cute green T-shirt uniform that they are armed with. Unlike the Incredible Hulk he turns green for good this green is warn by the staff are the nasty elves' deployed by "The Grinch" he is winning the war on waged on customer service. The soldiers of happiness beware of this store and company they are a formidable opponent and a well formed battle plan prior to entering even the parking lot is the only path to ensure that you leave no fellow parent behind on the battlefield and a retreat path for your mental sanity isn't a suggestion it's a must.
