rev:text	I am a new tenant, but to be honest - the staff was very helpful as I moved to the city from another state. As is usually the case with older apartments like Sterling Land, move-in shows some of the maintenance needs. The pro here is that so far, I have been able to receive the help and assistance I have needed in order to settle in. Stay tuned for updates...
