  • I had just gotten into Las Vegas on New Year's eve and discovered a few nits in my daughter's hair. I was worried no one would be available but after speaking with Michelle, she adjusted her schedule, came over a few hours later and combed us all out. She gave me detailed instructions on how to manage the follow-up to ensure it doesn't come back. She is very professional, responsible and lovely. She even followed up a week later to make sure we were good and asked if we needed further instruction. Great if you are a local or on vacation. Highly recommended.
