  • Heard good wonderful things about it and they could fit us in when our regular place couldn't so we decided to try. Had an appointment, but waited 15 minutes for anyone to come to front desk of tiny reception area even though they clearly heard me waiting. Not even a "We will be right with you". No acknowledgement. When they finally did come to desk I was told they had a walk in they were taking care of first. When I got my dog back he was cut and bleeding, which they did tell me, but did not apologize and did not tell me they cut him multiple times. He was a bit matted, but even when we first got him and he was severely matted our regular place never cut him. Very disappointed. - Owner responding saying that they have never cut any of their clients? Strange then that you make customers sign a form saying that if you cut their dog because it is matted then it is not your fault. And yes, you did cut my dog near the top of his leg which was still bleeding when I went to pick him up. His face was also cut but the bleeding had stopped.
