I've spent my share of time in mobile phone stores, T-mobile seems to be one of the busier brands I've belonged to. That being said, I have to say I am very happy with their ability to multitask with more than one customer at a time if possible to try and expedite your time in there. I just moved to this side of town and this is my new local store, and last night I had an exceptional experience where the manager and an employee went above and beyond what they needed to do. I had a phone stolen, and the process of getting the new one hasn't been the most fun of things, and last night when I arrived needing some untraditional help dealing with delay issues and set-up stuff with the phone, they made me laugh, did more than I could have asked, and I left being like damn that was awesome! thanks guys
