I worked a deal over the internet and they knew I was coming but still kept me waiting 20 minutes to take a spin. The internet sales guy over email was cool, but the sales guy I had to deal with in person didn't really know what was going on, wasn't impressed at all. What lost the rating for them though was the AWFUL finance guy. He would not accept NO and kept pushing the extended warranty on me. IT'S A FREAKING HONDA! THAT'S WHY I'M BUYING THIS CAR, SO I DON'T WORRY ABOUT MAINTENANCE! I did end up buying the car (2015 Accord EX for $24,500 and 1.9% financing) but had a VERY SOUR taste in my mouth leaving the dealership. They threw in free oil changes for two years and I doubt I will even use them, so sour am I to this dealer. A car buying experience (especially a brand new car) should be a good, exciting experience and these guys did all they could to suck all of the joy out of it.
