  • If you are in need of a little pampering and great hair Ohana is the place! While Ohana means family in Hawaiian that's exactly how you'll feel here. The staff is friendly and attentive from start to finish. I went on an early Saturday morning and when entering the place you are kindly greeted by the receptionist while next to her desk is a cart loaded with bagels, cream cheeses and a do it yourself Bloody Mary station. You are also offered a glass of wine. I bought a groupon for a style, cut, full highlights and wash. It doesn't end there as you get a head, hand and arm massage with essential oils of your choosing. I literally fell asleep while getting my hair washed. Samantha was my stylist and was an amazingly friendly, very knowledgeable, sweet young lady! She recommended the balayage technique which for my fairly long hair took some time but, she never once made me feel as if it was a chore. She truly seemed to thoroughly enjoy her work. I never had my hair styled with such great care and skill. She placed large rollers all over my head each one by one after blow drying each section and I said to her it's like the way you see models and movies stars getting their hair styled. I can't wait to return for a second session to lighten up my highlights. It was such a great experience.
