| - The first time I went here I got my nails done by Sally. She did an excellent job and was very thorough, good, and kind. However, the second time, I came in to see her again was a disaster. I asked how fast I could get a shellac mani/pedi and she said about 1 hr. Perfect, as I had somewhere to be in close to over an hour. She brought in two people to tag team the job. The lady doing my toes was polite, the one doing my hands was a complete monster. At one point I kindly asked if she could fix the sides as she got some shellac on my skin. She literally glared at me stating, "it's fine!!" Without even looking. I repeatedly asked calmly and nicely, as I'm paying $65 for my nails, and the same response, this time she nearly poked my eye out with her sharp nail tool as she yelled, "IT's FINE".. her coworker who was doing my toes had to hit her to calm down. She got offended I asked and I was appalled. I said, "ok you don't have to scream at me, I'm paying a decent amount and you got shellac on my skin". After huffing and puffing she fixed it, but what a scene. As they finished, I left a $10 tip, mainly for the lady who did my toes, and because Sally was able to help me get my mani/pedi done in an hour, and because it's the decent thing to do. HOWEVER, when I got home, I looked at my pedi and she really didn't do a great job. Also, she cut my cuticle really badly, my toe got infected and puss came out a few days later. I applied polysporin and the next day it was fine. I've had many main-pedi's before and this was a horrible experience. Terrible attitude that ruined it for me, and a pretty bad pedicure, with infection. 120% will never go back, and I'll never recommend this place again. Lastly, when I kindly asked if she could fix my nail, what did she do? She bitched about it in Vietnamese to her coworkers. Really????
