rev:text	Went in for an early Sunday breakfast, since they open at 7 am. It's been years since we've been here (usually for dinner), so we were trying to change it up from our usual Bellagio or Caesar's Palace. Despite the main floor being nearly empty, we were sat at a small table in a side room that looked run down and unkempt. The run down part I could attribute to being "quaint, french country style", but not the food stains on the wall at our table. Plain scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs w/ asparagus, and the quiche were ridiculously oversalted to the point of being inedible. Curiously, the frittatas and the eggs benedict were entirely unseasoned. I ended up having to chop up the frittata and mixing it with the scrambled egg to get something edible. Didn't try the made to order omelette, because there was a line that was moving very slow. The smoked salmon looked pretty sad, but tested pretty good. The onions that went with it very chopped very rough, and there was no horseradish to be had. The smoked trout was very fishy. The pastries we tried were ok, but all very light on sugar. I didn't mind it, but it was very one note. Highlights were the slab bacon and the prime rib hash. The most annoying part were the bussers clearing tables driving around carts piled with dirty dishes. The table next to ours had a larger party, and the cart full of dirty plates was parked a foot from our table for 5 minutes while the table was being cleaned and food debris scraped into the trash. All in all, for $24 plus tax per head, it was a bust. Pay an extra 8 bucks and go to Bellagio or Aria, or cut the bill in half and go to a Station casino. Either way you'll be better off.
