  • On 4/4/2017 I previously reviewed the Stephanie Street Petsmart Pet Hotel, giving it a glowing review. Fast forward to January 2018 and unfortunately we had a completely opposite boarding experience with her. DO NOT board your pet here if they are on medication (s). To keep it brief, my senior dog was not given her medication properly, resulting in a reoccurrence of her health issue. Her bedding was completely soiled upon checkout, and when I inquired as to why her bedding was ruined I just got a shoulder shrug from the young man working the front desk and a "maybe it fell into the drain" (!) he then proceeded to procure a black binder from a drawer and scan a ten per cent off coupon. It's taken me a full week after her stay at the Petsmart Hotel to get my dog back on track with proper eating and her incontinence issue. We will never frequent this facility again.
