  • Took my phone in for screen repair. They had to do a diagnosis on the phone to figure it out they said they would call with in 25 min to see what the problem was no call had to call myself to see what the issue was. Tech said they figured it out then went back hour later as they said the phone would be ready in an hour and they would give me a call no call drove over there myself phone was not fixed tech couldn't figure out mind you they did a diagnosis which they charged for. Finally after three hours phone was focused time wasn't the issue. Phone now won't make or receive phone calls without it shutting off. Thanks for nothing
