  • They screwed up out take out order, unfortunately was not discovered until after my 15 min drive home. I called to speak with a manger. The lady manager was extremely rude on the phone explaining that PF CHANGS out sources the calls center that takes the orders, so they have no quality control. She was full of excuses, and not resolutions. Extremely disappointed in the particular restaurant.
