The ambiance and views were great, and so was the roof deck access (free if you eat here). The service was great too. The food, on the other hand, was so-so IMHO. I got the sea scallops, which were way over flavored, and the lobster bisque was unmemorable. Nobody at my table raved about the food, but nobody complained either. Food quantity was more then adequate for a "fancy restaurant". Prices were too high, IMHO. At least that meant there were no crowds even though the Rio was completely sold out for a conference. Definitely pick up a free Total Rewards card from the casino level on your way in and you'll save a bit. The place was very convenient for us since we were staying at the Rio. So I'd count the meal as a success. But I wouldn't come here as a destination.
