  • Melany B.Said it perfectly. I Went here again today because it was hot as #$%#. I love Luv-it Custard been going for years. But the last few times the service has been terrible and the menu board has been down. To read the menu you have to search all these printed pieces of paper in the window. Then i ask questions and this I woman with glasses has the worst possible attitude you can have not friendly and almost looked upset that she had to serve ice cream. Besides for no smiles or friendliness my $5.35 cup of ice cream was half full almost half of what it used to be years ago. The custard was good quality as always but I think the emphasis is on the tip jars and saving money not their customers. Much more of this and they may be out of business. Clean it up I used to love this place. Now I just want some overpriced custard and to leave.
