I've having a hard time articulating how I feel about buffalo exchange. I love the hipster, eclectic atmosphere BUT that doesn't always make for a pleasant shopping experience. It's so eclectic that you have to spend A LOT of time combing through racks. Like a lot of time. There is a lot of weird stuff to filter through. Someone must be buying it though!
Next, there are prices are NOT thrift store prices so I don't even like calling it thrift. It's second hand at basically full price. Literally I found a shirt with tags still on it and their price was the same as what it was originally sold for so that was weird.
Lastly, their hours are terrible. If I wanted to go there after work I would get there at 6:30 and they close at 7! I feel like there would be so much business for them if they stayed open till 9 like most thrift stores in Charlotte *ahem* clothes mentor *ahem*.
BUT I still go there because I feel cool when I do. And everyone once in a while I found a treasure I can't live without. That makes me keep going back.
