  • I've come in on a Saturday afternoon, 4:45pm, to check on possible allergies for my dog who has red eyes, with some mucous (boogies). 6:55pm and we are still waiting to be seen. A little warning upon arrival by reception would have been nice. I understand I am here on "emergency", but still would appreciate better service. Nobody has come in to update me, as of this time.
