  • I have to say that I would not at all recommend this company, unless you love to be ignored. I came to this store because I found them online. I made an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and the appointment went well. I found cabinets that I liked and Skylar was very nice and knowledgeable. I thought that everything went smooth. He did a computerized drawing of our kitchen and we picked out all of the cabinet sizes. He said I would have a quote within 1-2 days. Well, it is 24 days later and still have not heard from anyone. I have left numerous messages, talked directly to Bonnie, the receptionist, to leave a message, and I have emailed Dale and I still have not heard anything. I have signed a contract with another cabinet company that has taken the time to make this process seem a lot less scary. I will always tell people to walk away and do not waste your time with Cabinets Beyond. They are useless and have very poor customer service. If this is how they treat you before you buy, imagine after if you have a problem. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.
