| - First impressions matters. Called 1.5 weeks in advance, told groomer was on holidays, booked a Saturday appointment, asked for estimate on 3 dogs. I was told I had to bring the dogs for accurate quote, but was given a fair estimate, and told I need to speak to groomer. Waited for groomer to return from holidays, called but unable to speak to groomer, was told to bring in dogs, and employee confirmed quote explaining it could vary depending on dogs coat condition. I understood and agreed and said I will be coming for Saturday appointment at 10am UNLESS I called to cancel before end of day (Thursday) and asked what time they closed. I decided NOT to cancel appointment and anxiously waited for Saturday appointment. Arrive just now, on time for appt only to be told my appt was cancelled, because I didn't confirm, and groomer took the day off. Upset, and disappointed, I explained the accurate history of events only for the situation to be negated with a very carefree dismissive arrogant attitude, and was told I had to reschedule another week later. Bad way to conduct business. If they were even remotely interested in providing any level of customer service, you think that they would call to verify before canceling appointment. Carefree, careless, and inconsiderate. Zero empathy. And then he told me they've been in business for three years, like THAT is justification for miscommunication and dropping the importance of a new client??!!??? Make your own opinions and conclusions before choosing this groomer.
