  • I have been to The Nail Spa twice, both for a mani/pedi. Both times I was a walk-in. The first time, they had me return in an hour and the second time they took me right away. Very relaxing environment. I am not a fan of the Betta fish in the tiny little bowls on the walls. Betta fish need at least a 5 gallon tank to live happily. So I feel this is cruel. They do not do a sugar scrub (or any other kind of scrub) on your feet or legs, which is disappointing, especially for a $50 mani/pedi! They have an excellent selection of polish: new OPI & Essie colors. My main complaint is both times I visited this spa, both my mani and pedi begin to chip the same day. By the second day I had a big chunk missing from my finger nail polish and by the third day several nails and toes were missing polish. I don't know what they do to make their manicures chip, but it happened both times. I won't be back. For such an expensive service - they are pricy; the mani/pedi should not be chipping!!
