  • My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year and we love this place. This is our first apartment experience and we've been really lucky. Our apartment is very quiet and we very rarely have any issues with noise. No noisy neighbors here! Everyone is very friendly and whenever we put in a service request it's answered promptly, usually within 24-48 hrs. The management is always friendly and even knows us by name because we're always in there getting packages. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone who wants to live in North Scottsdale but doesn't want to pay North Scottsdale prices.
