| - We ordered the one bedroom balcony suite for 3 nights, and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. It's not the grandest or nicest hotel on the strip (i.e. Wynn, Bellagio, Aria), but you definitely get great value with it. I would say it has the cleanliness of the Mirage or Caesar's Palace but with more space because you're getting a suite. The pictures on the website were a pretty good representation of the room.
Pros:
-The suite is quite spacious and there were 2 bathrooms in our one bedroom suite.
-A full kitchen. Silverware/pans/cooking ware are available at request, free of charge and you don't have to do the dishes
-fitness center is available at Tower 1. really clean and decent gym. Plenty of cardio machines, a few weight lifting machines, and a free weight area.
-Valet parking is free and provided to all hotel guests
-Clean and caters to families too. There's no casino in the lobby; it's strictly a resort
Cons:
-It's not the most ideal location on the Strip. In fact, it's technically slightly off the Strip, but you really can't tell much of a difference because we usually used Lyft or Uber to get around
-Going to harp on the location a bit more. It's not the easiest hotel to get to if you're walking. Plus, it's inconvenient if you wanted to walk around up and down the Strip
-The hallways are a bit outdated. I could see cracks, dirt/mold on the walls of the unused rooms (closet/custodian room). Everything inside your suite is modern and taken care of, but it's just the outside hallway that makes you realize that the Signature isn't the Aria or Vdara.
You can't go wrong with booking a room at the Signature. You get a pretty great value here and you get to maximize your M Life rewards. It's a high mid-tier hotel and as long as you know that coming in, you're going to enjoy your stay here.
