  • Eveling and Betty provided a detailed and thorough cleaning. This was the first time we had hired Queen of Maids, after becoming dissatisfied with our previous self-employed cleaning service. So the first thing I want to commend QoM on is the ease of booking an appointment via the internet -- very efficient handling of every detail needed -- prompt responses. So nice to have a solid schedule set up with reminders, too! The ladies listened carefully, worked quietly (I work from home, so that was very much appreciated!) and I took the plunge and called to book regularly scheduled cleanings going forward, requesting Eveling and Betty specifically. I hope their service continues as it began, and I'm very happy to have a web-savvy and reliable cleaning service. [Because once you figure out what you DON'T like about past service providers, you can ask for what you need with new workers, and everybody is happier :) ]
