  • Do not join this gym. I have had nothing but issues. I tried to cancel after I moved offices and it has been a nightmare. I am really far from the Scottsdale location now and I barely used my membership. I asked to cancel via email with a signed and attached letter and I was told I had to drive up there and cancel in person. Ridiculous!!!! You can cancel utilities easier. So I canceled my card and now I'm getting harassed by them over $22. I have no issue paying it but I asked to speak to a supervisor and they refuse to have one call me. Oh wait, someone in Atlanta did call me at 6:45 am!!! WTF. I have no idea when or if they can help because they provided no info. Now they are threatening collections over $22.00. It will cost them more to send this to collections. Had they worked with me in the first place they would have their stupid money. I WANT TO QUIT THE GYM.
