We have been flying Frontier for years and usually it's a great experience. We booked travel again for our annual trip back east and the airfare price was great. Booked our rental car and started looking forward to our trip. We aren't traveling until October mind you I totally understand paying for luggage but paying for your seats is getting a little crazy. My mom got an email about a month ago saying our reservations had been changed. Our new flights we now had layovers. Ok fine we accepted the changes and changed our rental car reservation as well. Again today my mom gets another email our flight has changed. We would now take the red eye out and arrive at 4:20 in the morning. Shoots a whole day you could enjoy because you are tired from being up all night flying. Not to mention yet another change to the rental car would have to be made. We tried on 3 occasions to contact the airline and after being on hold for almost 2 hours gave up for the day. We have not accepted these new changes yet when we pull up our reservation on their new and improved website the recording goes and on about(cough BS) it has the new changes already in place. Most airlines offer you incentives to change your flight. Not Frontier they just change it for you without a kiss or even a courtesy screw you before they screw up your flight plans and vacation
