  • I walked in hoping to purchase a new shade of eyeshadow and a brush. Two employees were standing in the middle of the store and as I walked over one looked up at me like she couldn't believe I interrupted them talking. Then the other proceeded to ask if I needed any help in a manner that was quite rude. So sorry to interrupt your private conversation and bother you with my business. Snobs, snobs, snobs, and not even pretty ones at that. Shame... At least the man working at the Sephora across the way could do his makeup AND had excellent customer service skills. He didn't seem to be bothered by DOING HIS JOB. Won't be shopping with you anymore.
