This has got to be one of the absolute best Happy Hours in Vegas - certainly the best on the Vegas Strip.
We came over after riding the High Roller... it's very conveniently located to the Linq in the Forum Shops at Caesars. It's on the very top floor tucked away in a corner...
HH is 4-7 on Sunday through Thursday and 4-6 on Friday and Saturday. You can easily make a delicious meal out of their outstanding Happy Hour, which is what we did. Skip the line and walk on into the front bar area to take advantage of the deals. And come early - this is justifiably popular!
Cut sushi rolls are $6 (hand rolls are only $4) and I just HAD to have the shrimp tempura with asparagus - delicious. My SO had the vegetable roll and the unusual sweet potato tempura roll, both of which she said were fabulous. I also had the miso glazed popcorn shrimp tempura... this is a specialty at Sushi Roku and this HH portion was large and wonderful and only $6. The mushroom tempura with creamy truffle miso is a very similar dish, but for vegetarians. And it is also a large portion ($5) and just as freakin fabulous as the popcorn shrimp dish.
The HH menu is just outstanding with so many reasonably priced choices in generous portions. And a good mix of meat/seafood AND vegetarian dishes. There are even dessert choices at HH prices.
When you throw in that champagne is $6 a glass along with all this deliciousness... it's pretty much impossible to imagine a more perfect Happy Hour - which easily subs for a bargain dinner that will likely be one of the best meals you will have in Vegas.
