Not happy! Sitting in my rather warm house 2 days after Dukes of Air "tuned up" our a/c...funny it was working great prior to the tune up. We have our a/c serviced every year like we are suppose to. No problems AT ALL. As soon as the technician (he said we should save up for a new unit...btw) leaves I told my husband I swear the air didn't feel as cool...he chalked it up to my crazy...but now 2 days later with an a/c unit not even turning on...We are both reconsidering my crazy!!!
Never posted this last year, but here is the update
We ended up calling a different AC guy that "jumped" the AC unit and it started working again. Apparently the door/ switch had been disconnected. That A/c guy the year before said our AC looked great for it's age. The AC guy this year said it looked good. So I seriously doubt Dukes of Air assessment of our AC. I think our techs name was Dustin, of Dusty, or something like that.
**Ammending my Review**
Right after I posted this John the owner called and talked with me about the experience. All of the above did happen, but to be fair, it happen 1 year ago and I just got around to posting it. (Because I was ranting about Centurylink....Thanks Centrurylink!! :( John expressed his desire to make things right. And that was really impressive, so I'm moving the rating up because of the quick communication John had with me and his willingness to try and provide a better experience, even though it was a year ago.
