Terrible experience. The sales person in the store was clingy and annoying. I bought my furniture and was told I could pick it up the next day. I got a call the day I was suppose to pick it up and was told my night stand arrived but not the dresser. The employee said he would fix it and get my dresser to me, he never called me back. He didn't do anything. I called customer service later that day and was told I could pick it up the next day- they were not willing to do anything to remedy their own mistake. I asked to speak to a manager. No one called me back. I found out that had the first person simply ordered it to be delivered before 430, they could have delivered it to me the day I was suppose to get it . The next day (2 days after my order) I went to pick up my furniture, it wasn't there. They told me to come back. When I told the employee that it was obvious he didn't care they offered to deliver to it my house. I called customer care to complain. Although they offered to deliver my dresser, they made it the last delivery. The website does not tell you where the truck is as they claim . You sit and wait hoping that someone will do their job right. It's yet to be delivered and if it's not I have a feeling it will be a nightmare to get my dresser tomorrow. Go to target or IKEA. This place is not worth the hassle. Terrible customer service. I ordered pieces from IKEA and had a great experience with the delivery. Living spaces is aware it has terrible delivery and customer service and is clearly ignoring all of the complaints.
