  • Called Mary on Wed 8 Mar 2017..I explained to her my soft water unit problem and she made an appt for me for Fri 10Mar2017 for between 2p-4p at 405p no one had arrived so I called Mary and asked where the repair people were...she said oh I went to the wrong address and I said a phone call would have been nice then she proceeded to say she also had car problems and again I said a phone call would have been nice...she didn't sound sorry or apologetic. NOT RELIABLE!!!!!!!!!!! I would give it 0 star but had to put one in
