  • Dropped a uniform off for one day dry cleaning. Was told it would be ready for pickup the next day after 5pm. The bottom of the receipt also said, "Ready after 5pm". When I showed up at 4:56pm I was told it wouldn't be ready for pickup until after 5:30pm. I asked why I was told 5pm and why the receipt said pickup after 5pm and the only response I received was "it's a mistake". The only mistake was using this dry cleaner. Now that I know they don't deliver on their promised time and that they ship all garments off site, I will never use this place again. Beware!
