  • I don't know wtf is wrong with this location. We go to Red Rock quite a bit and always have great experiences. We grabbed a room last minute on a Saturday at Green Valley Ranch and are trying to enjoy a pool day today. The room we got was not clean. There was literally a band aid stuck to the bathroom floor from a previous guest. The service at the pool is sub par. We literally ordered a second pitcher of mai tia's in a pitcher half the size of the first and they are trying to tell us it is the same size. Come on Station's you are a lot better than this. Highly disappointed with Green Valley Ranch as a whole. The pond location is very nice for 21 plus but you can make the experience so much better. I'm follow up to this I went to the concierge and gave them my cell number to talk about it with the GM onsite. We will see if they call. If they make it right I will be the first to post the follow up. But it's been 45 minutes so we will see.
