  • I wanted to be impressed but having eaten at Cantor's many a time this place leaves much to be desired. Sandwiches (he had pastrami, and I had a brisket) were so so.... cucumber salad is okay but needs a little "punch" to it. Our other two companions were not entirely impressed except for her chicken salad. Now that was good. Portions are huge.... but I would rather have a really good medium size meal than a less than stellar supersize. Waitress was very friendly but got orders wrong. My jewish bubala would be turning in her grave! Overall, stick with ordering fresh bagels and a shmear to go!
