  • Had the pleasure of stopping by this little brewing company located on Freemont Street. Not a beer drinker myself, this review is primarily from my husband. He is a stanch IPA guy and enjoyed both of their IPA's, although he ended up loving the 'morning joe' which is a coffee kolsch. He said it was unlike anything he ever tried before (and I have sat in a ALOT of brew pubs watching him try different beers). It tasted like a hazelnut coffee but not over powering. He called it a perfect summer beer. He also really enjoyed the 'step child' which was a cucumber ginger kolsch. It had a light floral smell and tasted a bit hoppy with a hint of cucumber. The vibe in the brew pub is awesome, super laid back with friendly and efficient service. They have tones of games for you to entertain yourself while enjoying this true Vegas gem. I can admit that we stumbled on this place on the last night of our trip and really wished we could have come here more often. Although this place has no food service its self there is an amazing food pop up called food junky outside that makes amazing food that compliment all of these beers!
