I first realized this place was an antique store earlier this year. Its actually only no more than 15 minutes away from my home and I normally/mainly go to Sleepy Poet in Charlotte for my vintage needs so it was nice to spot another big antique store in my backyard!
For some history, I normally go to antique store to find vintage clothing, fascinators/hats, supplies for my crafts, and other knick-nacks that inspire me. I'm not going for the big ticket items like furniture, like others are looking for.
This place is huuuge. Both times I have gone I didn't get close to getting to get a good look at every booth! There is a little restaurant inside which is totally needed for a break-time (I ordered a salad last time I went and it was tasty and refreshing on a hot day!) Like most antique stores there is some junk but I did come out with some nice finds! The only thing was that I didn't like the layout as much as I do other stores. I found lots of vintage furs which was great - I hardly ever see that much when shopping vintage. Other than the fur finds and this awesome booth that had tons of vintage Star Wars merch and other old school toys I can't say I'd go out of my way to come here if it was further away. Maybe after shopping here a few more times that'll change? Maybe, who knows. I'd recommend it to other shoppers but its not particularly my go-to for what I shop for.
