  • The best thing at Noodle Asia is definitely their Beef Noodle Soup (noodle + soup). I've been there a few times each trip when I visited Vegas, my friends always wanted some comfort food other than pho. I'm not a Beef Noodle fan in general, but their Beef Noodle Soup is on point if you can handle the salty-ness. I would not recommend finishing that bowl of soup, only if you are looking to get higher blood pressure, however, the noodles and beef are really good.
