  • We've had to have locks changed a few times in different places over the years....John was by far the most responsive, polite, helpful and knowledgeable of the locksmiths we've used! He gave us pointers about security around our new home, and re-keyed our exterior locks for a very reasonable price (in fact, he offered a coupon I hadn't noticed when I found him on Angie's List - where he also has great reviews). He was right on time and generally just a great guy to work with. Definitely would recommend.
