  • I needed a part to fix my mother-in-laws refrigerator. The lights didn't work, and I had found the switch to turn on/off the lights was burnt out. I called and spoke to Gene at Tri-City and he was very helpful. It was two days before Thanksgiving, so there was no time to waste. Tri-City Appliance was very helpful. The parts needed were in stock, the staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks to Gene and Tri-City Appliance for your help.
