The service this company provides is nothing, but quality service. Their customer approach fits my standards when it comes to auto dealerships. Although I do have one concern though. Today, I called the store almost every hour of the day just to schedule an oil change. No one has picked up AND their hours are open. This isn't the first time it happened. It happened a couple of other times as well. Planet Mazda needs to get in contact with their customers to inform them why they're not answering their calls during open hours. Social Media would help with this situation. As a loyal customer I am in a need for an oil change and it would hurt for me to get my oil change else where.
