| - DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST. Many other fabulous florists in the valley. I have been using the same florist Bobbie's Florist for the last couple of years without fail!!!! I decided to try another florist to branch out and came here for reviews. Well, ordered the flower arrangement for my Mom's bday today, March 10th which is Friday, bday isn't until next Tuesday, March 14th and scheduled the delivery for Monday, March 13th as she only works in the morning. So I get a text from my Mom telling me that work called her and said she got flowers from Honey (which is her dog, I specialized the card as we just lost a dear fur baby). I called the florist and they said sorry it was entered wrong, well I have a confirmation email that states the 13th, not sure where it got entered wrong?? She offered to send another arrangement on Monday, REALLY, the surprise has been RUINED and now the flowers sit in a deserted office over the weekend!!! So the manager, yes the manager asks ME the CUSTOMER, what would you like for me to do....really. What should have been said is I am very sorry, we will be happy to issue you a refund and hope that you use us again, as this is not our normal business practice. Why should I tell them what to do, I am a very upset customer and not wanting to come up with a solution for your HUGE error and ruined surprise!!!
