  • Love this cute spot on Braddock! It was my first time in this area, and it left an impression. There's a strip of cute shops, cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, and a movie theater. Anyway... I equate this cafe to Pamela's but ~better~. This cafe is fun! I love the cartoon-y menu and and funky mugs for coffee; they reflect the casual vibe and uniqueness. They have an extensive food and drink menu. I ordered the Square Breakfast while my friend ordered the Brussels Sprout Bowl. I highly recommend both! * The Square Breakfast ($9.50): 2 eggs anyway you like, your choice of breakfast meat, and a single pancake (or home fries + toast). I love that they have so many breakfast meats beyond the basic 3 even offering tofu. I tried Uncle Charley's Hot Sausage, and I wish I ordered 2 more... Tasty and personally, not that spicy! * Brussels Sprout Bowl ($13.00): Cheesy grits topped with sautéed shaved Brussels sprouts, braised leeks, bacon, mushrooms and 1 egg over easy I'm coming back to get a pancake dish. They have a lemon berry ricotta, pumpkin walnut, and cinnamon bun pancake... doesn't that sound so good?
