Have been a big fan of K&K for a long time now and frequent patron but on my recent visit to the Spadina location I had a unpleasant experience. They completely messed up my order and when I called to see how they could rectify it they were totally rude about it. In my opinion, if you made a mistake as a business you should do everything you can to fix it at any (reasonable) cost. I know it's a healthy fast food place but it should still offer great customer service. Will definitely not be coming back to this location or refer any more coworkers to this place. Extremely disappointed.
