I give CenturyLink One star because their customer service is historically terrible. I would give the Internet service three or four stars if it was just the quality of the Internet service. My Internet service stopped working on Friday night. I called first thing Saturday morning and the soonest they could get someone out was supposed to be 8 AM Sunday morning. I got a call at 10 minutes to noon saying that the gentleman was 10 minutes away. I got another call 30 minutes later saying it would be another 10 minutes. I never heard back from him for hours. I called their customer service which is done in the Philippines. The first person hung up on me. Which Happened three times on Saturday when I was calling about my service issue. Finally on the third attempt I got a woman that track down my service person and messaged him and his boss. They showed up at 4 o'clock. That is terrible customer service
