Service department condescending, unhelpful and act like they are doing me a favor. Brought vehicle in for A/C under warranty and insisted it was working within manufacturers specs..... Huh? It was not working. Wasted a day.
Brought car to a reputable A/C service and they immediately found the leak. Paid $700 out of pocket because I refused to go back to Camelback Kia. They are worse than the dealer to purchased (Nick Mayer).
PS: The shuttle service is good and the drivers are awesome. Tip them well if you decide to go there. Only reason they are two and not one stars.
