I was pretty disappointed with my recent visit to the new location. They had many workers in the kitchen but it was very disorganized. Employees did not seem adequately trained, scrambling to understand the orders and which jug was green tea vs black tea. They also did not prepare enough tapioca and had to substitute in (keeping in mind it was only 1PM during the opening weekend and you would expect them to be more prepared). When I ordered I asked for 30% but she put 50% on the bill. I clarified again but she had already printed the label and wouldn't change it on the label so my drink ended up being sweeter than I would have liked. I ended up waiting at least 25 minutes for my order and sadly it was not worth the wait. Perhaps the service had already tainted my perception of the store so I can't comment too much on the quality.
The location itself is very small; only standing room and no chairs or tables. I'm not sure if they were just not prepared to open yet and opened prematurely. I would give them at least a couple months before trying it again.
