  • absolutely the WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had at a salon (and I've been to Fantastic Sams). I went in with a photo of exactly what I wanted, the exact color I wanted (which btw, the instructions for the color was on behindthechair.com), and the crap that I got after 4 hours was disgusting. I even asked how high she was putting my ombre. She said at the bottom of my neck.. and it was only an inch down from my scalp. I came back the next day only to sit in the salon for 6 MORE HOURS. She went to take the color off of my blond and ended up taking it off of my bottom red... which destroyed the chance for the color to blend correctly. She ratted my hair, pulled it out brushing it, put so many chemicals on it I'm surprised I have any left. I asked to be toned to a light ash blond and ended up with this ugly gold strawberry blond. Never go to Christina. Awful.
